NOBLE Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Navodos collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with NOBLE.

NOBLE is a brand and service operated by Navodos.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to NOBLE websites, applications, accounts, assessments, Bible-learning tools, AI features, reports, and related services controlled by Navodos.

It does not govern independent websites or services operated by third parties.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use NOBLE, we may collect the following categories.

Account Information

This may include:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • account identifier;
  • authentication information;
  • account settings;
  • account creation date; and
  • subscription status.

Learning and Quiz Information

This may include:

  • quiz responses;
  • correct and incorrect answers;
  • topics studied;
  • difficulty levels;
  • learning progress;
  • completed lessons;
  • question history;
  • scores;
  • mastery estimates;
  • learning preferences; and
  • educational recommendations.

Assessment Information

This may include:

  • assessment answers;
  • assessment scores;
  • service-gifts or spiritual-gifts results;
  • biblical-knowledge assessment results;
  • theological responses;
  • generated reports; and
  • information inferred from assessment responses.

Because NOBLE is a Bible-learning platform, this information may reveal religious beliefs or religious practices and may qualify as sensitive personal information under certain laws.

AI Interaction Information

This may include:

  • questions submitted to AI features;
  • prompts;
  • conversation content;
  • AI-generated responses;
  • saved conversations;
  • feedback concerning responses; and
  • information necessary to provide conversational context.

Technical Information

This may include:

  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • IP address;
  • timestamps;
  • diagnostic information;
  • error logs;
  • security logs;
  • session information; and
  • usage events.

Communications

If you contact us, we may collect:

  • information necessary to respond.

Payment Information

If paid services are offered, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Navodos should avoid storing complete payment-card numbers unless specifically necessary and appropriately secured.

  • automatically through your use of NOBLE;
  • from service providers acting on our behalf;
  • through authentication providers;
  • through payment processors;
  • through analytics and security systems; and

  • provide Bible-learning features;
  • administer quizzes;
  • personalize question difficulty;
  • track learning progress;
  • generate assessment reports;
  • generate AI responses;
  • maintain conversation context;

  • save user progress;
  • provide customer support;
  • secure NOBLE;
  • detect fraud or abuse;
  • troubleshoot technical problems;
  • improve performance and usability;
  • understand aggregate usage patterns;
  • communicate important service information;

  • protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Navodos, and others.

5. Religious and Sensitive Information

Some NOBLE features intentionally process information that may reveal religious beliefs, practices, biblical understanding, theological beliefs, ministry interests, or spiritual-gifts information.

Where required by applicable law, NOBLE will request affirmative consent before processing this information for assessment or personalization purposes.

NOBLE does not use religious-belief information for targeted advertising.

NOBLE does not sell users' assessment responses or religious-belief information.

6. Artificial Intelligence Processing

To provide AI features, NOBLE may transmit relevant portions of a user's prompt, conversation context, assessment information, or learning context to third-party AI technology providers acting on or supporting the Service.

NOBLE should transmit only information reasonably necessary for the requested functionality.

Users should not place highly sensitive personal information into AI prompts unless necessary.

Navodos does not intentionally use identifiable private NOBLE conversations or assessment responses to build a publicly distributed dataset of users' religious beliefs.

Where technically and contractually available, Navodos should configure AI providers to minimize data retention and prevent user content from being used to train publicly shared AI models without appropriate authorization.

7. De-Identified and Aggregated Information

Navodos may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.

We may use such information to:

  • evaluate learning effectiveness;
  • improve questions;
  • understand use patterns;
  • improve AI features;
  • improve assessments;
  • analyze application performance; and
  • develop NOBLE.

Where required by law, Navodos will take reasonable measures not to re-identify information maintained as de-identified information.

8. How Information May Be Disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions for NOBLE, including providers of:

  • cloud hosting;
  • databases;
  • authentication;
  • artificial intelligence;
  • email;
  • customer support;
  • analytics;
  • cybersecurity;
  • error monitoring;
  • payment processing; and
  • infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as permitted by their applicable contractual relationships and law.

9. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law;
  • respond to valid legal process;
  • protect the security of NOBLE;
  • investigate fraud or unlawful activity;
  • enforce our agreements;
  • protect rights or property; or
  • address credible threats to safety where disclosure is lawful and appropriate.

10. Business Transfers

If Navodos or NOBLE is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

Any successor receiving personal information will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

11. Selling Personal Information

Navodos does not sell NOBLE users' personal information for monetary compensation.

NOBLE does not sell users' religious-belief information or assessment responses.

NOBLE does not use religious-belief or spiritual-assessment information for targeted advertising.

If our practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and legally required choices will be provided before such practices are implemented.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • maintaining an active account;
  • providing learning history;
  • generating reports;
  • maintaining security;
  • resolving disputes;
  • enforcing agreements;
  • complying with legal obligations; and
  • maintaining legitimate business records.

Users may request account deletion.

Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.

We may retain information where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may retain properly de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies a user.

13. Security

Navodos uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of information processed.

However, no internet-connected system or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and should notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.

14. User Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:

  • request access;
  • request correction;
  • request deletion;
  • obtain a portable copy;
  • withdraw certain consent;
  • opt out of certain processing;
  • appeal certain privacy decisions; and
  • receive information about data practices.

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction.

  • deletion;

  • information concerning disclosure practices;
  • opting out of certain sales or sharing;
  • limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information; and

Categories of personal information NOBLE may collect are described in this Privacy Policy and may include identifiers, internet or electronic activity, customer records, educational activity within NOBLE, user-generated content, inferences generated from activity, and sensitive information voluntarily submitted through religious or assessment features.

Navodos does not sell NOBLE personal information for monetary compensation.

16. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may receive additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

Where such laws apply, Navodos will honor legally applicable rights and obtain consent for processing legally defined sensitive data where required.

17. International Users

NOBLE is operated from the United States.

If you access NOBLE from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy protections and legal requirements may differ between jurisdictions.

Where applicable law grants mandatory rights, this Policy is not intended to eliminate those rights.

18. Children's Privacy

NOBLE is not directed to children under 13 and users under 13 may not create NOBLE accounts.

Navodos does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required authorization.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 and legally required parental authorization has not been obtained, we may suspend the account and delete associated information as appropriate.

Users between 13 and 17 must have parent or legal guardian permission to use NOBLE.

We may implement additional protections for minor users where required by applicable law.

19. Email Communications

  • subscriptions; and
  • support requests.

Marketing communications, if offered, should contain legally required unsubscribe controls.
