NOBLE Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NOBLE, including its website, applications, artificial-intelligence features, Bible-learning tools, quizzes, assessments, reports, educational materials, and related services.

NOBLE is owned and operated by Navodos ("Navodos," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing NOBLE, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use NOBLE.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a NOBLE account.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use NOBLE.

NOBLE is not directed to children under 13.

We may restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the eligibility requirements have not been satisfied.

2. Purpose of NOBLE

NOBLE is an educational Bible-learning platform designed to help users increase biblical knowledge, explore Scripture, identify areas for further study, participate in assessments, and interact with AI-assisted educational tools.

NOBLE does not claim to replace:

Scripture itself;
personal study;
prayer;
a local church;
pastors or qualified ministry leadership;
theological education;
professional counseling;
medical care;
mental-health treatment;
legal advice;
financial advice; or
emergency services.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when reasonably required and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not:

impersonate another person;
create accounts through fraudulent means;
access another user's account without permission;
attempt to circumvent security mechanisms; or
use automated systems to create accounts or abuse NOBLE.

4. Educational and AI-Generated Content

Certain NOBLE content is created, personalized, summarized, evaluated, or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unexpected information.

NOBLE does not guarantee that:

every AI response is accurate;
every Scripture reference is correct;
every theological conclusion is correct;
every question or answer is free from error;
assessment results perfectly characterize a user;
AI content reflects the teaching of every Christian tradition; or
generated content should be relied upon without independent evaluation.

Users should verify important biblical and theological information directly from Scripture and appropriate trusted sources.

5. Theological Perspective

NOBLE is designed from within a broadly evangelical Christian biblical framework and portions of its educational approach may be influenced by inaugurated-Kingdom and charismatic-continuationist theological concepts.

This description identifies aspects of NOBLE's educational framework only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NOBLE and Navodos are not endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or operated by the Berean Bible Translation Committee, any Bible publisher, any author or estate, church, denomination, seminary, ministry, or religious organization referenced in the Service.

Christian traditions differ on many theological questions.

NOBLE does not represent that its interpretations are the exclusive Christian interpretation of every issue.

6. Spiritual Gifts and Other Assessments

NOBLE may offer spiritual-gifts, service-gifts, biblical-knowledge, theological, personality-style, or other assessments.

Assessment results are educational tools designed to identify patterns within a user's responses.

They are not:

prophecy;
divine revelation;
a declaration of God's will;
ordination;
certification for ministry;
psychological testing;
mental-health diagnosis;
medical diagnosis;
vocational certification; or
a definitive determination of a person's spiritual gifts, calling, character, or future.

Users should consider assessment results alongside Scripture, prayer, personal experience, trusted Christian community, and appropriate pastoral or ministry guidance.

7. No Professional Advice

NOBLE may discuss topics that intersect with relationships, mental health, physical health, legal matters, finances, morality, sexuality, family matters, or other consequential issues.

Content provided through NOBLE is for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

Do not delay or disregard appropriate professional assistance because of information obtained through NOBLE.

8. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

NOBLE is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical provider, or mental-health provider.

Do not use NOBLE as your sole source of assistance during an emergency or crisis.

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services or qualified crisis resources in your location.

9. User Content

"User Content" includes questions, prompts, answers, assessment responses, notes, feedback, or other material submitted to NOBLE.

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Navodos a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce, transmit, and analyze that content only as reasonably necessary to:

operate NOBLE;
generate requested responses or reports;
maintain user progress;
secure the Service;
troubleshoot problems;
comply with law; and
improve NOBLE using appropriately aggregated or de-identified information.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person unless you have authority to do so.

10. Highly Sensitive Information

NOBLE is not designed to store Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, complete medical records, passwords for other services, or similar highly sensitive information.

Users should not provide such information in AI conversations, assessments, or other free-text areas.

11. NOBLE Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, NOBLE and its underlying materials are owned by Navodos or its licensors.

This includes, where applicable:

application software;
interface designs;
branding;
logos;
learning systems;
question structures;
original quiz questions;
assessment methodology;
scoring systems;
report structures;
prompts;
databases created by Navodos;
graphics;
original explanatory content;
algorithms;
learning progressions; and
compilations.

Your use of NOBLE does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property.

12. Permitted Personal Use

Subject to these Terms, Navodos grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NOBLE for lawful personal, educational, devotional, and noncommercial purposes.

Users may download or share their own generated reports for personal use, including sharing them with pastors, counselors, mentors, family members, or other trusted individuals.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not:

copy or reproduce substantial portions of NOBLE's proprietary question bank;
scrape NOBLE;
harvest content through automated systems;
reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits;
duplicate NOBLE's assessments for another commercial service;
extract NOBLE's databases;
use NOBLE content to create a competing product;
circumvent access controls;
interfere with the Service;
introduce malicious software;
probe the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization;
use NOBLE to violate another person's rights;
submit unlawful content;
harass or threaten others;
exploit minors;
use automated scripts in a manner that materially burdens the Service;
falsely represent AI-generated material as an official statement of Navodos; or
use NOBLE for unlawful purposes.

14. Scripture and Third-Party Content

NOBLE primarily uses the public-domain Berean Standard Bible (BSB) as its Scripture-text source. Other third-party materials that may appear within NOBLE remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

Certain other materials appearing in NOBLE may be owned by third parties and are subject to their respective copyrights, trademarks, licenses, and permissions.

Your access to NOBLE does not grant you ownership of copyrighted Bible translation text or third-party materials.

Users may not use NOBLE as a means of systematically extracting or redistributing a copyrighted Bible translation.

15. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback concerning NOBLE, you grant Navodos the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

16. Third-Party Services

NOBLE may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, artificial intelligence, communications, payment processing, database services, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

NOBLE may experience:

maintenance;
outages;
technical errors;
AI-provider outages;
data synchronization delays;
feature changes; or
discontinued features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service when reasonably necessary.

18. Suspension and Termination

Navodos may suspend or terminate access to NOBLE if we reasonably believe a user:

violated these Terms;
threatens the security of the Service;
engages in fraud or abuse;
creates legal risk;
infringes intellectual-property rights; or
uses NOBLE unlawfully.

Users may stop using NOBLE at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Account Deletion Policy.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

NAVODOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NAVODOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT NOBLE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED, EDUCATIONAL, THEOLOGICAL, ASSESSMENT, OR OTHER CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY USER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In such jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAVODOS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO NOBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVODOS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO NOBLE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO NAVODOS FOR NOBLE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

21. User Responsibility

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information received through NOBLE.

You agree to exercise reasonable judgment and independently evaluate information when decisions may significantly affect your health, safety, relationships, finances, legal rights, ministry, or other consequential matters.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Navodos and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

your unlawful use of NOBLE;
your material violation of these Terms;
User Content you did not have the right to submit;
your infringement of another person's rights; or
your intentional misuse of the Service.

23. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing a formal legal proceeding, you and Navodos agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

A party seeking resolution should provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.

The parties will attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days after receipt of notice.

24. Individual Arbitration

Except for claims eligible for small-claims court, requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief involving intellectual-property misuse or security threats, and disputes that legally cannot be arbitrated, disputes arising from these Terms or NOBLE will be resolved through binding individual arbitration to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Arbitration will be administered under applicable consumer arbitration rules of a nationally recognized arbitration provider mutually acceptable under applicable law.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision where applicable.

ARBITRATION TAKES PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY MAY BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION.

If a particular portion of this arbitration provision is determined unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary unless doing so would fundamentally change the nature of the agreement to arbitrate.

25. Arbitration Opt-Out

A user may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending written notice within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

The notice must include:

the user's name;
account email;
a clear statement that the user wishes to opt out of arbitration under the NOBLE Terms of Service.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect the user's ability to use NOBLE.

26. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law governs or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the appropriate state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Mercer County, Ohio, to the extent permitted by law.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR DISPUTES NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.

27. Electronic Communications

You consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically where permitted by law.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in NOBLE, law, security practices, technology, or business operations.

If changes materially affect user rights, we may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate.

The current effective date will appear at the top of the Terms.

29. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

31. Assignment

Users may not assign their rights under these Terms without Navodos's consent.

Navodos may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, or transfer of NOBLE or substantially all related assets, subject to applicable law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable subscription terms, constitute the agreement between you and Navodos concerning NOBLE.
